She works mainly in oil, acrylic and mixed medium, but also loves etching and working in pastel. She has exhibited with Eastern Cape artists in an event which was opened by the Minister of Arts and Culture. She prefers not to take on commissions, as she personally believes this stunts her creativity and rather wants interested persons to fall in love with her existing artworks. She gains inspiration for her works from her travels, nature and from attending as many art exhibitions, especially from the Old Masters, as possible.
