When a digital space brings so many people together, it is inevitable that someone will try to use it to communicate, mobilize, or persuade, and that lawmakers will wonder how to regulate it. They are a space where different interests meet. Knowing how they work and keeping a critical eye is the best way to enjoy the benefits without suffering the risks.
